The registered members of the Fund are issued with their respective Farmer’s Card which gives them access to Welfare Schemes implemented by the Fund:

1	Agricultural Calamities Solidarity Scheme (ACASS)	Financial support on crop/animal losses, to assist farmers restarting their activities promptly and enhance their sustainability.
2	Accident Insurance Scheme (AIS)	Financial support including redundancy allowance, disability compensation and reimbursement of medical expenses in case of accident.
3	Farmers’ Pension Scheme (FPS)	Pension benefits including retirement pensions and/or lump sums, widow’s pension, etc.
4	Funeral Scheme	Financial support in case of the demise of a family member.
5	Action Plan Against Agricultural Thefts	Preventive measures to protect fields and ensure security against agricultural thefts.

1	Compost Subsidy Scheme	Free compost (up to 1 ton/arpent) to reduce production costs and promote sustainable agriculture.
2	Calf Productivity Incentive Scheme	Rs 7,500 per calf (3 months old, max 30 calves/year) to reduce mortality and improve care.
3	The Pre-Market Test & Certification Scheme	Subsidy up to Rs 400,000 for certification of agro-processed products to access high-end markets.
4	Certification for Concessionary Road Tax	Enables farmers to benefit from reduced road tax on utility vehicles.
5	VAT Refund Scheme	VAT refunds on agricultural machinery, equipment, and spare parts to lower production costs.
6	Incentive for Milk Production Scheme	Rs 5,000 per lactating cow (max 40 cows) to support small dairy breeders.

1	SFWF Scholarship Scheme	Financial aid for children of small farmers to pursue secondary or tertiary education.

Loans at the Development Bank of Mauritius at soft rates
Exemption from customs duty and import levy on agricultural machines, vehicles, and spare parts
Purchase of restricted pesticides (e.g., Gramoxone)
Purchase of seeds at AMB and under the Seed Purchase Scheme at Barkly Station
